Pre-booked sessions cannot be cancelled, but they can be moved to another available session of your choice, as long as 24-hours notice is given.

Yes. Each session is 80-minutes long, but you can come and go as you please. Please note that when the pre-defined play session is over, the entire play den is closed so that it can be reinstated and cleaned for the next session. You will have to leave at the end of the session even if you’ve not had a full 80-minutes of play.

We cap the total number of visitors to our little play den each session to ensure quality of play. Every child ticket permits entry for one adult. Any additional adults are charged £7.95, this is because they block out a playing child’s space.

Our play den activities are aimed at little walkers up to age 5 but we understand that all children are different and that some older children will enjoy the space too! So if you’re not sure if we’re suitable for your little ones just give us a call on 0161 888 2225 for more information.

Our little play den is quite small, so we cannot guarantee a space for every customer. Please mention when booking if you definitely need a space for one.
