Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns & exchanges on most of our items as long as they are in sellable condition with all labels still attached.
Any returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Customers must inform us on the above email address that they wish to return an item. Returns must be made via recorded delivery or your own preferred carrier. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Since we are a small independent business all postage for returns, exchanges and refunds are at the cost of the buyer – thank you for your support & understanding!
Please note sale items cannot be returned.
If you are not completely satisfied all items may be returned for full refund or exchange. Returns received outside of the above time frame are accepted at our discretion.
We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used and labels removed.
We strongly advise you to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any labels and before disposing of any original packaging.
Once we have received your returned items we will arrange for a refund accordingly.
We recommend when sending items back to get a certificate of postage.
If you should have an item that is faulty please follow the above instructions and we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance to your legal rights.
